This auction has many uniques & smalls. Lots of spring/summer items as far as glassware & dishes are concerned. Special Renaissance Festival memorabilia in the way of steins, pins, coins, programs, & signs, along with Pocket Dragons by Real Musgrave. American West themed items, horse tapesries, and wood occasional pieces. Some signature Mid Century Mordern pieces and an electric organ.

* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* We reserve the right to reject any bid at auctioneer's sole discretion.
* Sales tax of 8.25% applies to all purchases except in the case of resale certificate on file prior to auction.
* Buyer's premium of 10% charged.
* We accept cash, debit or credit cards. Cashier's checks only.
* All items are to be paid for and picked up at close of auction. Arrangements may be made at time of checkout with cashier for any late pick-ups and/or independant moving company contact information.
* Absentee bids are accepted by phone at 972-693-0572 up until 3:00pm of auction day. Credit card information will be taken at time absentee bid is submitted.*

Items should be paid and picked up the night of the Auction.
Special arrangements for pickup may be made after items are paid for.
Pickup days are Friday & Saturday from 10-5, following the auction sale
Absentee bidders will be contacted on Friday after auction.
