Holiday sale with new day and new time - Saturday, Nov. 18th, starting at 11:00am. Great for families, weekenders, gift shoppers. Neat furniture peices with holiday guests in mind, collector's/hobbiest's interests, seasonal decorations, and more. This will be our LAST LIVE IN-HOUSE auction for this year, however, stay tuned for several storage auctions in early December, and even an on-line auction, maybe, near the end of the year.

* Bidder inspection prior to sale is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* We reserve the right to reject any bid at auctioneer's sole discretion.
* Sales tax of 8.25% applies to all purchases except in the case of resale certificate on file prior to auction.
* Buyer's premium of 10% charged.
* We accept cash, debit or credit cards. Cashier's checks only.
* All items are to be paid for and picked up at close of auction. Arrangements may be made at time of checkout with cashier for any late pick-ups and/or independant moving company contact information.
* Absentee bids are accepted by phone at 972-693-0572 up until 5:00pm day before auction day. Credit card information will be taken at time absentee bid is submitted.*
